Principles of the exchange

 

PRINCIPLES OF THE EXCHANGE

1.The duration of the exchange program is two weeks.

2.the Spring-Exchange takes place around April/May and the Fall Exchange around September/October.

3.The theme(s) of the exchange program is decided upon by the individual participant and his/her organization (sending country) in consultation with the receiving organization/country.

4.The time of the exchange program will exist for 50% of study and 50& of working time.

5.The participant will have at least one tutor during his/her stay abroad. The tutor is someone at operational level.

6.The participants and the tutors contact each other as soon as possible, in order to be as well prepared as possible.

7.The sending country pays for the traveling costs and the daily allowance. The receiving country pays for lodging and breakfast. Medical insurance of participant is a responsibility of the sending country.

8.Before participants leave they will be provided with the program and other necessary information.


Before every exchange:
All participating ENARO-members select their candidates and make sure that the contact details of the candidates and the tutors are mailed to the ENARO-secretariat no later than 6 weeks before the actual exchange takes place.
In case an ENARO-member is not able to participate in the Exchange-program or would prefer to send/receive more than 1 candidate, then this should be discussed beforehand during the Steering committee-meeting when the matrix is being considered as well.
